Starting from April 1, 2023, citizens of Ukraine who arrived in Poland from February 24, 2022, and have valid UKR status, will be able to apply for a residence card. The following individuals may apply:

  • those who have an official job
  • those who are opening or have already opened a business (sole proprietorship)
  • those who will perform highly qualified work here (scientists, engineers, IT specialists, etc.)
