Land Development Plan

We would like to inform you that before buying a land plot in Poland, it is mandatory to check the plan zagospodarowania terenu (land development plan).

Plan zagospodarowania terenu is a resolution of a city or municipality council that regulates land use in this city or municipality. The plan is a local law act, so it applies only to the area of the municipality that adopted it. The plan defines the intended use and method of development of the land plot. By checking the plan, you will find out what can be built, the maximum building height, where the access to your property will be, and what can be built near your property.

Important! Implementation of investments not provided for in the plan is prohibited.

Realization of some investments is possible only on the basis of the plan.

The plan can be checked at the Wydział Architektury i Budownictwa of the city or county office.
